Our Story

Kem Road Animal Hospital was founded in 1969 by Dr. Ronald Matchett as a mixed animal hospital. There have been a number of doctors that have shared their knowledge, time, and expertise with Kem Road Animal Hospital through the years. Around 1998 we became a primarily small animal clinic, as the needs of the area changed and more pets needed our attention.  In 2023 Dr. Busick purchased the clinic and we plan to start offering both small and large animal services again in the future.
