Dr. Veronica Busick
Dr. Busick spent part of her childhood in Florida, where her love for animals began as she cared for wildlife like tortoises, iguanas, and anoles that wandered into her backyard. That early passion led her to pursue veterinary medicine, graduating from Purdue University in 2008 and earning her Certified Canine Rehabilitation Therapist credentials in 2009. After graduation, she worked at a fast-paced 24-hour animal hospital in Iowa, gaining extensive experience in both wellness care and emergency medicine. She continues to refine her skills to help clients at Kem Road Animal Hospital support their pets in living long, healthy lives. Outside of work, Dr. Busick enjoys gardening and caring for the chickens, goats, sheep, and cattle on her hobby farm.

This was my first time taking my pets to Dr. Grimm. He seems to actually care for the animals he sees and makes sure to gather all the info he can to determine the issue.
